To meet a specific requirement of our own Loss Prevention and Recovery process BWC developed The Citadel Report & Customer Profile Monitoring service to help us identify and track non-pays, repeat "unauthorized account" holders, promotion jumpers and other needs specific to our Risk Management programs and the Loss Prevention and Recovery process.
We understand that these same issues are relevant to our clients. We listened to your concerns. In partnership with industry members, we expanded our solution so that we feel it has met a specific concern.
What's in a name?
We chose The Citadel as we felt it best described the role and purpose the new system would have for our staff of Systems Specialists and for our clients.
The Citadel is establishes profiles and other data on "unauthorized account" holders available to our clients we hope to greatly improve their decision-processing prior to initiating a new service.
- BWC provides an Internet site that allows registered customers to request and receive Citadel Reports using a browser.
- BWC Net Access is a server-based application supporting delivery of The Citadel's fixed format record to and from customer systems.
